Jackie Salmon went to NYC to ride in the 40 mile five borough bike ride!  The ride was successfully completed and she had never seen all of the boroughs of New York.  While there she saw the city and the statue of liberty from a ferry.  Jackie also saw an opera at the Met (La Cenerentola) which she had never done and since her son is an aspiring opera singer, she is very, very interested in opera!  It was amazing. Jackie saw a broadway show called Motown, her first.  They walked around the city and saw Chinatown, Little Italy, Wall Street, Soho, and Times Square.  Finally, they saw some breakdancers on the subway who jumped into our car scaring them at first with thoughts that they might be asked to empty their wallets, but it was quite fun in the end.  All in all, an amazing trip.
