For five decades, one year at a time, high school girls have been proving just how much the girls game has grown and just what they are capable of on the basketball floor.
For many years the Optimists Club of Indianapolis hosted a lunch to recognize state finals players. This event returned in 2024!
The Kiwanis Club, in partnership with Pacers Sports & Entertainment and the IHSAA welcome players from the girls final eight teams to come together for fellowship at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on practice day!

The Academic MVP Award presented by the Kiwanis Club of Indianapolis honors a Marion County senior girls basketball player with high scholastic achievement, school activities and community involvement).
